Generally, GME is meant for students who have graduated with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or in a related branch. Since you are pursuing a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, generally, you would be eligible for GME courses, which are meant for candidates who would like to specialize in mechanical engineering at a graduate level.

To apply for a B.E. or B.Tech programme at (PDIT), you'll need to submit the following documents:
- Marks cards: Original SSLC and PUC/XII marks cards, and original marks cards for all semesters of your B.E. degree
- Certificates: Degree certificate (DC), provisional degree certificate (PDC), course completion certificate (CC), and degree transfer certificate
