The B.E./B.Tech fees structure in KJ's Educational Institute is like that admission fee and other fees differ from branch to branch and according to categories. For the academic year 2024-25, the tuition fees for B.E./B.Tech programs are as follows: for the students of Maharashtra state is Rs. 1,43,400/-per annum for outside Maharashtra state is Rs. 2,03,400/- per annum while for NRI/Foreign students is Rs. 3,50,000 /- per annum. For development fees it's 10,000, for examination fees 5000 and other fees 5000 per session that needs to be paid by students. Total fees for four year B E B Tech programme would be approximately 5,73,600 for students belonging to Maharashtra state.

The requirement in12thstandard mark for B.E./B.Tech at KJ's Educational Institute is that the candidate should have secured minimum 50% marks in PCM for general category candidates and 45% marks for reserve categories. Also, the candidate must have appeared for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) or the joint entrance examination (JEE) Main. The institute also accepts candidates who had appeared for the Diploma in Engineering and Technology examination and secured 50% marks. The institute offers 600 intakes in B.E./B.Tech and 70% of the seats are admitted through Centralized Admission Process and rest through management seat.

The admission process for B.E./B.Tech at KJ College of Engineering & Management Research is briefly described here in five steps. To start, they have to go the admissions page of the college website and look for the option labeled “Type of SCHOOL”. After that, they must complete the online application form where they include the personal and academic details about them and the documents they have to upload include 10th and 12th standard Mark Sheets, MHT CET/ JEE MAIN Score card and Birth Certificate. The application fee of Rs.500 can be remitted through online payment method through Net Banking/ Credit/Debit Card only. However, applicants are required to take the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) which is carried out by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra after submitting the application.
