To be eligible to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) programme at DBRAU, candidates must have passed Class 12 with relevant Science subjects. However, the admission is not based on Class 12 merit. It is based on CUET UG or JEE Main scores, followed by UPTAC counselling. In case a candidate fails to secure a seat for a B.E at DBRAU, they can pursue a B.E/BTech at other universities or institutes. They can also check out the colleges offering online BTech courses.

The BE/B.Tech programs offered by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in Delhi are not currently accessible through the CUET entrance exam. The postgraduate and research programs in the arts, sciences, and social sciences are what make JNU famous. Candidates for engineering programs seeking a BE/B.Tech should think about alternative colleges that provide these courses via the CUET or other entrance exams, such as JEE Main. While it's important to keep an eye out for information on future programs via JNU's official website and admission announcements, JNU does not currently offer BE/B.Tech programs through CUET.
