No, a score of 98 will get it into a rank of 55,000 to 75,000 which is not enough to get into BIT Patna if you are a General candidate. You need approximately 35000 rank which is around 120+ marks to get into B.E. CSE at Birla Institute of Technology. You can take admission in mechanical or civil engineering of this college.

Some say that SJB Institute of Technology (SJBIT) in Bangalore, India has good placements for most branches except for civil and mechanical engineering.The 2018 batch had no placements for civil and mechanical engineering, with only 20 out of over 300 students from those branches getting placed.
