Yes, you can apply for B.Ed programme because you can teach science subjects when you get placed in school.
Eligibility as per NCTE:
Candidates with at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelor's Degree and/or in the Master's Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/ Humanity, Bachelor's in engineering or technology with specialisation in science and mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent there to, are eligible for admission to the programme.

There is no age bar in B.Ed programme and you can use your corporate experience into teaching. I have seen many people who left their corporate job and start doing teaching. You can check Teach India campaign and through that, you can do live experience for teaching into rural sector.

You need to take Haryana teacher Eligibility Test to apply for PGT Teacher in any government school. This test is conducted in three categories:
- Level 1: who wants to be a primary teacher
- Level 2 : who wants to be a trained graduate teacher
- Level 3 : who wants to be a post graduate teacher
