Yes, you can apply for PGT or TGT with your special degree (I think you are taking about - Integrated Degree).

For regular B.Ed, you would be required to go for the entrance exam, incase you clear the same you would be eligible to pursue B.Ed

The minimum eligibility criterion for admission to B. Ed. is that the student must be a graduate in any discipline. The candidate must either have a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) or Bachelor in Commerce (B. Com.) from any recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Applicant should possess graduation from recognised university with arts, commerce or science subjects from recognised university.
Applicants must have scored at least 50% marks in Bachelor Degree or master Degree and 45% marks for ST/SC/PH Candidates.

You should go for MA in English or MA in sociology for the same. But, I will suggest you for MA sociology as it will offer you a lot of options as compared to MA in English.
