Q:   I scored 94.7 percentile in TANCET. Can I get admission to Madras or Anna University?

A:
Admission to MBA programs at the University of Madras and Anna University is based on various factors, including TANCET scores, academic records, and other criteria specific to each university. While your TANCET scores are decent, admission decisions are not solely based on scores and vary depending on various factors. For the University of Madras MBA programme, the minimum required TANCET score for BC category students is 35.33, which is the actual score you obtained. However, meeting the minimum score requirement does not guarantee admission, as admission also depends on the number of applicants and available seats. The university also considers the candidate's academic performance, work experience, and performance in the Personal Interview to make admission decisions. Similarly, for the Anna University MBA programme, the minimum TANCET score required for BC category students is 35.33. However, the admission process also includes group discussion and Personal Interview rounds. Your performance in these rounds and other factors such as academic records, work experience, and other criteria specific to the university are also considered while making admission decisions. Therefore, while your scores meet the minimum requirements, it is difficult to predict whether you will get admission to either of the universities. I suggest contacting the universities' admission offices to get more information about the admission process and selection criteria.

I like the infrastructure of the campus with green.
Placements: In the placement criteria, in the final semester, the students are eligible for. Campus placement and many private companies visited and the offers were made with and without a contact. The package is as per the qualification and course of the student. After getting the degree I plan to go for higher studies.
Infrastructure: AC and non-AC rooms were available at ST. ANNE'S. I picked a non-AC room and it was really good. AC rooms had attached bathrooms, refrigerators, able TV, sofas, etc. Laundry services were available. Friendly warden and security were there 24 hours. The hostel food was really good. The menu had veg and non-veg food items. The kitchen is clean and neat.
Faculty: I chose this course because I was passionate about literature and I wanted to pursue my career as an editor or a content creator. Literature is a diverse field and it gives a world exposure to cultures and manner. The faculty is really nice and overqualified. They take our issues every time we ask.
