Review of Stella Maris college .
Placements: The placement cell plays a major role in Stella, where most of the students get jobs while leaving the college with good pay. Usually, placement is conducted only during the third year. Before placements, there is also training, which is provided by the college for excelling students.
Infrastructure: Each course has different buildings (Blocks) with very good infrastructure. The college has very neat and clean restrooms. Everywhere around the college, we can find dustbins for keeping the campus clean. To talk about canteens, there are 4 canteens with almost all food items, including snacks, drinks, etc. The campus also has sign boards around to guide you to the way.
Faculty: The faculty members are very knowledgeable and experienced in their own domains. They always welcome doubts and take much effort to clear those doubts. Their teaching style is unique in that they use many examples to make us understand the concept clearly. They also make us learn concepts better by giving us various assignments.

Totally wasteful because of all the things, mainly staff and placements.
Placements: 5–10% of students are placed in placement but all are BPO. 10k–25k per month is the highest salary offered here. Sutherland, Tech Mahindra, etc., but all companies provide only customer support and executive roles. Internships here are fake and wasteful; they push the students to do an internship in any company for academic record. Customer service and customer support executives are the roles offered.
Infrastructure: Here is a lab with Wi-Fi but the systems are not functioning well. The average library is good but other than the canteen, foods are average and of small quantity and are not good to eat in this canteen.
Faculty: Teacher are mostly unresponsive and lack knowledge. It's like a school infrastructure; they didn't train the students. Well, my kind advice is: don't join here. Exams are an issue in the university. If you do well in the exam, sometimes you'll fail for the evaluation money .
Other: They didn't encourage students to do a big project; they asked to publish the students project in the name of the college but the college didn't support ours; they were selfish for there publicity.

Good college for pursuing UG.
Placements: The placements are average and not up to par. The salary package ranges from INR 10000 to INR 25000 per month, based on the company, after the completion of the degree. The top recruiters are Shri ram Insurance, etc. Only 15% of the students will get internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is okay. The surroundings are maintained well. The department blocks are good. There are no Wi-Fi facilities on campus. The canteen food is acceptable, but not too good. The quality of food is average. The hostel is available but not good.
Faculty: The faculty members are well qualified and talented. They are knowledgeable staff. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry but they are following subjects that are outdated. It is suggested to update the curriculum. The semester exams are easy to clear.
