Hi Paramvir,
First of all, I will say that do not go for B.Ed through distance mode, unless you are working. Because, every school values the regular B.Ed more than the distance mode, as it is of totally practicing a profession.

Delhi University is the best for B.Ed.
Eligibility criteria:
Candidates with at last 50% marks either in the Bachelors Degree and / or in the Masters degree in sciences/ social sciences/ humanities/ Bachelors in engineering or technology with specialisation in Science and mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme (as per RCI Norms).

For B.Ed, graduation is required. No prior experience is required. As you have teaching experience, it is an advantage for you.
