The candidates seeking admission should send the application in the prescribed form. The application form should be filled in by the applicant in his/her own hand and signed. The declaration must be signed by the candidate and by the parent or guardian.
The candidates must enclose the following documents along with the application, failing which the application will be summarily rejected.
a) Duly attested Xerox copies of the following certificates.
1. Provisional/Original pass certificates of the last qualifying examination
2. Marks obtained in each examination right from Matriculation/SSC/OSLC to the last qualifying examination
3. Date of birth certificate
4. Study certificate
5. Caste Certificate
6. Conduct certificate
Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will be rejected. The office of the Vidyapeetha will not be held responsible for delay of application forms sent by post.
Students will be admitted to the Vidyapeetha in accordance with the rules governing eligibility, merit, good conduct etc., as determined by the Vidyapeetha form time to time and as per the rules existing on the date of actual admission after interview.
The candidates must attend in person and produce the original documents along with three sets of Photostat copies listed below at the time of interview to be conducted on a specified date and time failing which he/she will not be considered for admission. If the admission is offered, he/she shall pay the fee immediately failing which he/she shall forfeit the seat. The next candidate in the merit list will be considered for admission. 1. Provisional/pass certificate of the last qualifying examination for admission
2. Marks obtained in each examination right from Matriculation/SSC/OSLC to the last qualifying examination
3. Transfer certificate
4. Study certificate
5. Date of Birth Certificate
6. Conduct certificate
7. Caste & Income certificate for SC, ST and OBC Students
8. Migration certificate
9. Passport size photos - 5+1 stamp size.
All the original certificates have to be deposited in the office at the time of admission. The candidates are requested to retain sufficient (10 sets) xerox copies of their certificates with them in case they need if at a later date.
