The candidates seeking admission should send the application in the prescribed form. The application form should be filled in by the applicant in his/her own hand and signed. The declaration must be signed by the candidate and by the parent or guardian.

Yes, you are eligible if you have secured more than 50% in high school and intermediate.
You can get the seat for B.Ed course through two ways:
1) Fill the form for B.Ed entrance exam, qualify it and get the seat by counseling procedure.
2) Direct admission on management quota seat.

B.Ed's fee for first year is around 30 to 40000 INR and 2nd year's is also around 35 to 45000 INR. Direct admissions are available now.

Always check the website of CUCET, its conducting the entrances for India's top most universities, Rajasthan University is in the top, and cut-off is higher in comparison to get a seat in other universities. Entrance will conduct in the months of May or April.

Any educational institute approved by NCTE and recognised by the state government and also the affiliating Body is UGC recognised then the B.Ed. Degree is valid and acceptable in any part of the state in India.
