You can go for B.Ed after your B.Tech. Eligibility criteria for B.Ed in most of the top universities is pass with 55% aggregate marks in B.Tech or B.E. At least 50% marks either in the Bachelor's Degree or in the Master's Degree in Science / Commerce/ Social Science is required. Humanity and Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with Specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent is also eligible for admission to the programme.
