B.Ed

If you want to be a teacher in a primary school or some upper primary school students then B.Ed is a must.
In India, it is compulsory to have a B.Ed degree after your graduation to become a Teacher. It's typically for 1-year but now it has turned into a 2-year course.
For any aspiring teacher, it is absolutely worth and even essential to hold a B.Ed degree to ensure a job in schools as per Indian education systems and rules.

In 2013, an expert committee of the UGC had recommended that students enrolled in a regular degree course should be allowed to pursue an additional degree simultaneously under open or distance education mode from the same or different university.

B.Ed is a degree that you can do only after a graduation or equivalent course. It is done in the same stream you did your Bachelor's degree.

You can go for Diploma in elementary education. The eligibility is 10+2 passed in any stream.
