For gen/OBC/ minority fees for first year is around 23-24 thousand. For second year, it is 23,300.
For SC/ST/Blind- 4000 for first year and 3300 for second.
Every year the college revised it tution fees. Check website before taking admission.

Yes, you can definitely do D.Ed. after graduation but it's not common. D.Ed. is a diploma-level course which is meant for students after 10+2.
If you're already a graduate and want to become a teacher, it's usually better to go for a B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education), which is the next step in teacher training and opens up more job roles and higher salaries. In my opinion doing B.Ed is better that pursuing a D.Ed Course if you are already a graduate.
