Applying for any further courses requires the submission of your class 10th mark-sheet at the particular institution. So if you want to get back your lost mark-sheet simply download the lost mark-sheet form, fill it up and submit it at the CBSE Patparganj office in Delhi or at the regional office of your state. The charges for issuance of mark-sheet on non-urgent basis is Rs 100 and for urgent basis it's 200. If you are from state board, submit the application at your state board office.

The Punjab University offers integrated B.A. B.Ed programme of 4-year duration. Admissions to this course are based on merit.
