For taking admission in Osmania University for B.Ed course one has to pass the Graduation with 50% marks and pass the entrance exams like TS EDCET.In Osmania University the B.Ed course is a full time course with the duration of 2years to complete.

You have completed your post graduation in Physics then I recommend you to opt physics as your major subject in B.Ed. Because you have a strong basic knowledge and you can teach physics to other students. And also you can opt mathematics also this subject are more likely related.
After that there more job opportunities also like physics tutor, physics teacher in government or private college/schools.

Yes you can take the admission in the B.Ed but before this you have to complete your graduation from a recognised college with 50 or above percentage.
After completing the graduation you are eligible for the B.Ed which is of 2 years.
B.Ed is a regular degree. There are various college for the B.Ed.
