They provides many courses.Bachelor of Education is a two year full time undergraduate course approved by National Council for Teacher Education and offered by Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University Jind. Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor's degree or in the Master's degree in sciences or social sciences or humanity Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in science and mathematics with 55 percent marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto are eligible for admission to the programme.

Yes, you can pursue B.Ed and MBA together in the same year, but one should be in regular mode and other in distance learning also UGC has approved a proposal to allow students to pursue two-degree programmes at the same time. One of the degrees has to be in the regular mode and the other either in open and distance learning or online.
