If you have done graduation, you are eligible for doing B.Ed from any recognized university, but you can't do it from distance mode. But you can do it as a regular mode. For getting admission in B.Ed you need to pass the entrance exam.

As I already explained in your previous question that Diploma in fashion design can be done on the basis of class 10th. Hence, the fashion design syllabus can be easily understood by any students of any field. There is no relation between B.Ed and Fashion design Diploma, because B.Ed. needs the graduation.

JNU does not offer B.Ed. You can do it from other universities such as DU, Jamia, IP, CCS etc. You need to pass an entrance test to get admission in this course.
