Both are entirely different courses. B.Tech food technology makes you employ in food and food preservative industries like ITC. As a food technologist you'll earn 2-3 lacs/annum as a fresher and 6-12 lacs/ annum as experienced professional. Your career can be QA/QC in manufacturing industries too. Else, B.Pharma makes you employ in any pharma sector within 1.8 lacs-2.5 lacs/annum but Masters in M.Pharma is important for a decent pay scale.

Yes, integral university has a very good percentage of placement in every field. Whereas, for B.Pharmacy, it is the first batch which has not passed out yet, so it is not possible to say anything about the package now.
