As much I understand your Question, If you did any registration for any course the registration amount will not get refunded it does not matter you are selected for that course or not, And if you are trying for new registration and portal for new registration was close, than you are unable to do payment for the same. And the amount will not deducted from the account. If you got selected for any course and did the payment for getting admission and after that you wants to withdrawal your amount what ever you have deposit then they will approved for return.
