Yes, you can definitely do an M.Sc. In Food Technology once you have done your bachelor's in biotechnology. Since the minimum eligibility for doing an M.Sc. In Food Technology is a bachelor's degree in any of the following branches: Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Botany, etc.

Yes, you can pursue M.Sc. Veterinary microbiology after B.Sc. Microbiology. There is an entrance exam in colleges to get admission in the post-graduation courses. For Lateral Entry BTech, BSc Candidates should have passed BSc. With Mathematics as a subject. The candidates must have scored a minimum of 60% marks from any recognised University. The candidates should have appeared in the IPU CET. The name of the candidate should be there in the merit list/rank list.

To be eligible to apply for Geology Course, a candidate must have a minimum of 55% marks in HSC (10+2). The candidates must complete 10+2 in the science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology along with English as a compulsory language from any recognized education board. Admission to BSc Geology is generally on a merit basis. However, some institutes may conduct their own entrance examinations like Banaras Hindu University. To be eligible for B.Sc. Biotechnology at Christ University, you need to have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate in the following combination of subjects:
Physics, Chemistry Mathematics/Biology/Computer Science/ Statistics/ Electronics/ Psychology
English as one of the languages of study
Since you said that you got 85.4% in 10+2, Based on the combination of subjects you have mentioned and your obtained marks you seem to fulfill the eligibility criteria for B.Sc. Biotechnology at Christ University.

Yes, you are eligible for Bachelor of Science (Biotechnology, Botany/Honours/Honours with Research) of Christ University. The eligibility criteria is given below.
Eligibility: 10+2 level (Karnataka PUC, ISCE, CBSE NIOS other State Boards), and any recognised bodies in India. It is compulsory to have studied any two subjects Biology (Botany/Zoology), Chemistry and Biotechnology, at Class 12th Level.
