Hi,
I don't think with this marks you will be able to get admission into any good or decent college with any category. I will suggest you to drop and re-appear for the examinations the next year.

Candidates should have secured 60% marks in both the School certificate/ Madhyamik/ 10th equivalent examination and Pre-degree/ Higher Secondary/ equivalent examination (10+2) with pass marks of any four of the following subjects in the Pre-Degree/Higher Secondary/ equivalent examination -Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology or Agronomy as elective Subjects. I don't think that B.Sc in Geology is available under distance education mode. The course is more practical in nature, and thus I would say you to opt for one regular. Regards.
