Yes, I think you will get seat in B.Sc Agriculture with below INR 7 lacs for 4 years, because your percentage in inter is very good. So, there is full chance that you get seat in your stream in South India.

Yes, for the first two years, you have to take courses in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and Earth Science. I don't think that it's a problem even if you don't have biology in class 12th, the faculty at IISER-Pune is aware of this and are more than capable of accounting for it. Don't be surprised if, at the end of two years, you end up loving biology.

If you are not a bonafide Maharashtrian then you might not be eligible for admission as cut-off goes from 90-95%. If you are Maharashtrian then your percentage may land you in this college.
