The placement process usually involves the placement cell inviting companies for campus recruitment. The companies conduct interviews, group discussions, and other assessments to select candidates for various many roles. IHM (Institute of Hotel Management) is providing 100 percent placement opportunities for the students, As if on 2022 almost 98% students got placed in various companies with an average package of INR 6.5 LPA. So the placements at IHM are pretty good.

The placement cell of Shivaji College is very active and provides internship and employment opportunities to its students. The median package offered to UG students was INR 4 LPA, and some of the prominent recruiters of Shivaji College are Apple, Bank of America, Byjus, Decathlon, Bajaj Capital, etc. Therefore, both B.Sc and B.Com students have good placement opportunities at Shivaji College.
