While a BSc Psychology is a Science degree, a BA Psychology is an Arts degree. Apart from this, there is not much difference between the two courses as the core subjects usually remain the same. BA Psychology manages the counselling aspects of Psychology and is application-based.

Clinical Psychology is not usually a BSc or BA course when you do undergrad. It's a special part of Psychology that you usually study after bachelor, like in PG.
Doing bachelor in Psychology or similar subjects give you basic knowledge that help you when you study Clinical Psychology later.
