Candidates seeking admission to BSc must have a Class 12 with Science (PCM) from a recognised board from a recognised board. Further, candidates must apply on the official website of the college.

Both UNIRAJ and Poddar Group of Institution are good options to pursue BSc. However, in terms of affordability, Poddar Group of Institution is more affordable since the tuition fee to pursue BSc at UNIRAJ ranges from INR 6,600 to INR 2.8 lakh, and the tuition fee to pursue BSc at Poddar Group of Institution is INR 90,000.

In terms of fees, Poddar Group of Institution is a better choice. Moreover, as per placement data available on Shiksha, the median salaries offered to BSc students at UNIRAJ and Poddar Group of Institution are INR 4.5 LPA and INR 3.45 LPA. In terms of package, BSc from the UNIRAJ is a better choice.

The UNIRAJ BSc admission process generally begins in the month of March. Thus, Rajasthan University is expected to open the BSc application portal in March of each academic year. As the university has not released the admissions date yet, the last date/deadline to fill out the application form is not available.

As per University of Rajasthan BSc cutoff data 2024, the last round percentage for the general AI category ranged from 96.4% to 99.6%. Earlier, in 2023, the cutoff for BSc admissions for the same category ranged from 97.6% to 99.6%. The fluctuation in cutoff shows that the competition for the BSc courses has increased in 2024.

No, students are not required to take any entrance exam for admission to BSc courses offered by the University of Rajasthan. The BSc admissions are purely merit-based. Those who wish to get admission must visit the official university's official website and apply for the preferred BCom course. The university also provides offline mode for application submission. After the application process, the university's admissions committee shortlists students based on their performance in the Class 12 examinations.

UNIRAJ has released the NIRF report 2023. As per data fetched from the report, during 2022, the median package offered to UG-three-year students at Rajasthan University stood at INR 4.5 LPA. Other than this, as per the NIRF report for 2022, the median package offered to UG-three-year students in the year 2021 stood at INR 2.5 LPA. When compared with the year 2021, the median package offered during the 2022 placements witnessed a significant hike.
