10+2 Class passed with Science (PCB) and english core/ english elective with aggregate of 45% from recognised board under AISCCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent board.

Yes, you can pursue your further studies with Integrated B.Sc and M.Sc in Physics.
One thing to mention is that any one of your 12th certificates is valid. You can't use both.

Hi Nisha,
The candidate should be 12th pass having mandatory subjects of agriculture, Biology or arts. Candidates must have passed 10 + 2 with science or arts as compulsory subject from any recognised board.

No, there is no problem going to occur in the future for you regarding your stream. The exam that you have mentioned they had just required a graduate degree it is not too much consider which stream you have in your graduation.

Candidates applying for BA and B.Voc. should have passed 10+2 with 50% marks in any relevant stream from a recognized board.Applicants who have passed 10+2 with 50% marks in Science stream are considered eligible to apply for B.Sc course.Admission to BA, B.Sc., and B.Voc. is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam/10+2.
