If you really like computer Science then go for BCA and try to trained in different in programming languages and, networking security, cyber security, etc. Both are slightly differ like in programming, designing etc. Firstly clear your difference in between IT or CS from this link
https://www.computersciencedegreehub.com/faq/difference-information-technology-computer-science/
Just choose on yourself. Also the other two is also good prefer B.Tech more since it have more scope based on now Condition however you can also go for BCA it has also good scope in future too.

You do have an area of interest. Or you have an aim. Go according to it only. Once you have decided your aim only then your different career options will be available. Then you can easily find that which career will be good for you so that you can pursue your aim.
However after B.SC you can go for btech or B.E. In which you can get the lateral entry.
You have to appear for entrance exam also.
Another course is M.Sc it is a post-graduation program so prefer it not btech since you have done the bsc already .

B.Sc. Biotechnology is better than B.Sc. Math because after B.Sc. Biotechnology you get a professional degree which is biotechnology and after that you can also apply for so many jobs. In mostly sector govt. as well as private too.

Yes, Ram Lal Anand College does provide B.sc hons in microbiology. The admission process is just as same as any other DU college i.e through cutoffs. The placements are not good enough though, but the staff and faculty is very talented and will make you capable enough to stand on your own feet.
