Hi Ganesh,
Diploma is possible after 10th but for doing B.Sc., you need to complete your 12th standard studies.

Some of the best paramedical courses after graduation are as follows:
1) M.Sc. Medical Biochemistry: It's a 3-year course which is pursued by completing B.Sc. If you think you will be better off doing a course in B.Sc. (Hotel Management), and if your interests lie in Hotel Management, you should pursue your interests. However, since you have already taken admission in B.Tech you should weigh the pros and cons of leaving your B.Tech course midway, as B.Tech graduates have immense career prospects, and you could always do an M.Sc in Hotel Management after completing your course in B.Tech.

To pursue MBA from a good college, anywhere in India, one has to appear for an entrance exam and clear the required cutoffs to qualify for the further interview rounds to get admission. No reputed college admits candidates just on the basis of their graduation marks.

You can appear for SNAP in December, however you would be eligible for admission in an MBA course once you have cleared all exams in your current B.Sc. course and have been awarded your degree or a provisional degree before the last dates for admission specified by the College/University.
