Yes, you can join IAF through these methods:
1. Indian Military Academy Direct Entry (CDS):
Graduation Degree from a recognized University is required. The candidate has to be unmarried. The candidate has to appear for the CDS (Combined Defence Services) exam conducted by the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission). After selection, training will be provided at IMA, Dehradun. The duration of training will be 18 month.
2. Officers Training Academy SSC Non Tech entry:

B.Tech biotechnology better than B.Sc. biotechnology but major advantage of doing a B.Sc course in this subject is that the course duration is short, when compared to a B.E./B.Tech program. B.Sc course takes 3 years to complete.

Hello,
Yes, polytechnic Diploma is equivalent to intermediate, which is 12th. You can get admission in B.Sc or BA degree course in lateral entry mode after clearing polytechnic diploma course.

If you are interested in doing job then go for B.Sc in nursing and if you want to go abroad then physiotherapy is a good option. You can go for B.Sc agriculture or B.Sc biotech because they have good job chances.

Hello,
Yes, you can. You need to appear for IIT JAM (joint admission test), for doing M.Sc courses at IITs.
The eligibility requirements are:
Candidates should have at least 55% aggregate marks without rounding off (taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined) for General/OBC (NCL) Category candidates and at least 50% aggregate marks without rounding off (taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined) for SC/ST and PwD Category candidates in the qualifying degree.

The biotechnology is a rapidly developing field. Many private businesses are exploring this field and heavily investing in it.
