BBA is for the one who wants to make his/her career in different fields of management like marketing, HR, operations, etc. after their MBA. B.Com is for doing MBA in finance or accounting and finance career. B.Sc is to become a nurse in hospitals. BCA is for software career by pursuing MCA later. B.Sc is for going into research and teaching, etc. career later by pursuing M.Sc/B.Ed./LLB, etc.

You can seek admission in B.Tech Automobile Engineering lateral entry in second year in colleges such as Manipal Institute of Technology. Eligibility criteria for B.Tech lateral entry is 3 years Diploma in Engineering granted by the Board of Technical Examination of a State Government or passed B.Sc Degree from a recognized University with atleast 45% marks and passed Xll standard with Mathematics as a subject.

You can check hospitals for the same. They have many seats / vacancies. You can get selected as a trainee and get permanent after the same. Income will be low at starting but it will increase.

After B.Sc in abroad, MS is the most recognized course but remember MS is not valuable degree in India. Try to attach with any lab as a project assistant or pursue PhD.
