Both are different courses with different career profile. If you are looking for an industry change , better go for MBA, or else please go ahead with M.Sc-Microbiology. Please note that General M.Sc-Micro and Medical Micro Biology are different. Better go for M.Sc- Medical Microbiology that will help you to get placement as Senior Microbiologist in Laboratories, Hospitals etc.

B.E computer Science is better

Bachelor of Computer Applications is good if you are interested. And b.sc is also good.

both are good courses.But in India there are a few colleges which provide bs research.
