Hello, I don't think you need to shift, you can start all over again. German universities require 13 years of formal education so you have met the criteria. You can start researching, check DAAD website, learn German language , maximum UG programs are taught in German language, prepare for IELTS, visit university websites rigorously and take help of a counselor if required.

Vinayak, I would advice to go for M.Sc.IT as it would make you technically speaking more qualified and in today's context can give you more opportunities in career. MBA you can even do later if you think that in a certain corporate sector it is mandatory for you.

Manash, LPU is one of the best universities in India. They have highly qualified faculty from IITs, NITs, etc. I have myself visited the campus for admission and met many of the faculty members.
