I don't think that Amity University is going to give any fees concession !
According to me you should go for a good government university. it will be affordable & better option than Amity.
If you got marks around 60% you can apply in Delhi University where you can easily get admission B.SC chemistry hons.

Open it and click the title "Approved Institutes List" and download pdf- 550 KB file to see IIHM Delhi is there or not. http://www.b-u.ac.in/Home/BuCciiApprovedInstitues As far as Bharatiyar University is concerned it was established by Govt of Tamilnadu in 1982 and it is UGC recognised.All the best.

For nursing degree outside India, you need to be registered with the national body of that country and clear exams. Check the following link to understand the whole process.

B.Sc maths hons is a Bachelor's degree so it does give you better understanding than B.Sc general course but is not equivalent to M.Sc so if u plan to make a career in mathematics, go for Masters after B.Sc hons.

Forensic Science is comparatively new in India and still growing so if u r serious about it as career, look for universities in canada as it will give you strong holding in research and practical exposure. Jobs will be there for sure. Check the best universities here.
