B.tech means Bachelor in technology and this degree includes every type engineering you have heard of. B.tech allows an individual to explore the science more practically and use them to improvise for next generation. Whereas B.Sc means Bachelor in Science which is the study of science more deeply after 10+2. B.Sc helps in gaining more and more knowledge in the field of science. Yes, it is clear they are different, both the degrees have different prospective and motives. If you want to become an engineer then go for B.tech and if want to do higher study like Masters or Phd then go for B.Sc. Practically B.tech is more popular now a days

Best of 5 subjects. that is you have to choose best 5 subjects in which you got more marks. add them. divide it by 500. multiply it by 100. your %age is infront of you.

You can make ur career as software Developer if u r good at coding part otherwise you can plan ur career in software testing also. You can also go for the short term trainings in the particular technology in which you would like to make ur career.
