Vishal, the degree in B.Sc Information Technology serves as a very good base for students who wish to pursue their career or advanced studies in the field of information technology.
Once students have finished their graduation, they have many options to choose for their higher studies I.e. M.Sc in IT. One of those options is to take up advanced studies. If your aim is Government job you can continue with B.Sc. You will able to complete your graduation in 2 years and will be eligible for majority of Government jobs where eligibility is graduation degree. If you change to engineering now, you will require 4 years to graduate.

If you have completed B.Sc Honors in botany, you can go for M.Sc in Biotechnology or microbiology or botany itself. You can choose any one of them and can go for research fellowship through UGC NET or CSIR net examination.

Of course, you can practice as lawyer after B.Sc, LLB. You need to enroll with Bar Council of India as Lawyer after completing LLB. Also want to work a short period under a senior Lawyer as his junior for getting practical knowledge.
