There is not much difference between both the degrees. Syllabus is 80 to 90 % similar in both the degrees. BSc CA will give you a bit better theoritical concepts of Computer Science with Maths background. Acceptance of both degrees is same in market.

Although both BTech IT and BSc IT are graduation degree but BSc IT is accepted as is lower degree in comparison to BTech IT in Indian IT industry. BSc is a 3 year degree Science course and BTech is 4 year engineering degree course. MSc IT and MCA are treated equivalent to BTech IT or CSE by Indian IT industry. With BSc IT degree you will get lower end jobs in Software development / testing in comparison to engineering graduates.

BSc IT is a 3 year course and syllabus provide strong theoritical background in CS and help you to plan for higher education on the field. It is a very good option for PCMC students who are unable to get admission in BTech CSE or IT.
