It's tough. By merely doing B.Sc. from India will not guarantee job in Australia as it's only graduation. Abroad countries look for candidates having done specializations for job.
Therefore it is highly suggested that you at least complete your Masters degree before looking for job in countries like Australia.

u can opt teaching by doing Masters and b.ed. or u can go to MNC for consultant and analyst job profile.

You require to complete your 12th standard from Science with Maths as one of the subject. It seems you have mathematics in your 12th as one of the subjects.
Therefore you are eligible for the B.Sc. in IT.

B.Sc hons can be done in physics, chemistry, bio chemistry, bioinformatics, maths, botany, zoology, Biotechnology, physiotherapy, occupational therapy etc. All subjects have their own benefits so u need to choose which u like and handle easily for next three years. Jobs will entirely depend on Your skills and abilities to utilize the subject as the job market keeps changing.

in india biochemistry will not give u instant job it is research oriented but pharma can give.but finally give weightage to Your interest
