B.Tech will always be better than B.Sc IT. So if you are getting a chance to pursue engineering rather than going for B.Sc go for B.Tech in any best private university. You can check out the following colleges having good placement records and overall ranking. -

We need to see the content of the course , duration, cost , infra, earlier students outputs and skill developed , in-time course completion record , certification process & delivery of certificate in time etc.
