You need to have science with mathematics and biology is you are inclined for a course in agriculture. Also, you would need 13 years of education or clear the IITJEE Advanced. Please refer to the link for better understanding

BCA will be a better option for you as it offers more opportunities than B.Sc IT. Also BCA gives you better knowledge of computer languages and latest technologies that B.Sc IT which is more required at the time placements or company hiring. Moreover BCA-MCA is considered to be a good option as per scope after your degree. Also you should select a good university for your degree to be fruitful afterwards. Giving a few suggestions -

It completely depends on your future plans that in which field you want to make your career. However a general suggestion would be to go with the biotechnology branch instead of agriculture. As your marks are already good, you may be eligible for good amount of scholarship. You can check out for the universities offering master in biotechnology on https://www.shiksha.com.
