After B.Sc Computer Science, you have two options :
You may continue studies.
OR
2) You may start working.

You can provided you completed your education from a UGC-DEC recognized institute. Also, admission requirements vary from university to university across the countries. You must therefore decide where to study and look for the good universities offering the program of your choice. Now second option may be ur home state .if local government have raised the age limit then you can apply. So kindly confirm the age limit criteria of your state or any other state. especially of state PSC(Some state PSC have 35 years as maximum limit).
