Dear Amit
Both fields having own value and scope. After Bsc biotech u should complete MSc to start ur career as Research assistant or you can try for net exam for lecture position and in b.pharma you can start ur career immediately afterward as a MKT manager , drug inspection , or as a medical representative .
That depend on you in which field you want to pursue ur career whether it's research or management level
All the best

You can do any of these as with b.tech you can pursue m.tech and teach in engineering colleges. With bsc physics + msc physics + net you can teach in other colleges too.
if you wish to teach in school, then go for b.ed.

I will prefer you to take B.Tech not B.Sc. I say this due to following reasons:
i) B.Tech will give you a technical hand which is highly preferred by companies. a technical person is supposed to tackle problems with ease.
ii)B.Tech will give you more salary in any firm or company. B.Sc person will get comparatively lower salary.
iii) The syllabus of B.Sc is vast and it is far more then B.Tech syllabus. So if you are a decent student, you will do great in engineering.
iv) You have more carrier options available after B.Tech. The options after B.Sc are limited.
v) You have an opportunity of foreign placements through B.Tech while simple B.Sc

Most of the universities admit students to BSc degree based on performance (Marks obtained) at 10+2 stage. Exact criterion varies in each university.
