Yes the university does offer BE(business economics) but it does not have any course for b.sc in computer science but it does offer BCA course.

The question is difficult to answer because the reputation of an institution depends on its faculty and the students.In my opinion you can take admission in any college of Delhi University where B.Sc.(mathematics) is taught.

Go for B.tech as you can get Private jobs too if you wish to in Future.
And for Govt Jobs there are now a days many competitive exams so for that you won't need to think so much just a Graduation Degree will be enough.
