I think Sikkim Manipal University offers this course but only take admission if they are providing practical facility at any medical college or well-equipped diagnostic center.

Hi Avinash,
Both the PG courses are good. If you choose MCA, you can also learn all computer sciences subject with applications which you can't do in M.Sc (CS).

To get admission in an IHM, you need to appear for an entrance exam. Based on your rank in the exam you would be provided the choices of different colleges for which you are eligible.
There are various job opportunities in hospitality sector. So, don't worry about that. Just focus on your academics.

At this stage, I would strongly recommend you to do your post-graduation in MCA as alone B.SC (IT) won't let you go far in your career as per current market stats. When you complete your MCA, you will be considered as professional and this will open doors of opportunities. And yes, doing certifications only add skills. But being professional is very important.

Higher studies of course. If you plan high and crack IIT-JAM exam, it will be better add on then anything. Else prepare well for other M.Sc exams coming up and start preparing for CSIR NET/GATE from day one, you will get admission in M.Sc.
