Frankly speaking biotech being a very vast field. It is hard to say that there are good job opportunities available after B.Sc Biotech. So, it is highly recommended that one should go for Masters in biotech. You can still try for jobs in lab and research institutes.

Well, when you opt BE IT, it is a 4 year engineering degree course. It is purely a separate branch of IT in engineering colleges. It deals with very in depth knowledge about IT mainly, technological based.
BCA is a 3 year graduation course. Mainly dealing with computer operating and programming. You can say software part.
B.Sc IT is also a 3 year graduation course, which is more theoretical about science involved in computer and its part. Not software portion.
According to my opinion B.Tech or BE will be a good option.

Hi Gurman,
Most of the universities will count it as work experience but not all. You must check with the universities directly. Also, check for 15 or 16 year education work experience. If a college asks for 16 year education, you must do an additional year of academics in India.
I hope this helps.

Now a days, even IIT pass out students are opting MBA.
Yes, surely Science or Maths background will help you to crack entrance examination for MBA. Commerce will help you after cracking the entrance.
I hope you'll do well.
