It depends on your interest if you think that you have fair amount of technical knowledge then go with MCA and if not then go with MBA.

Hey Zainab,
You may get a job after B.Sc but most probably not by campus placement, you will have to prepare for competitive examinations. I will suggest you to rather go for BCA or B.Tech if you want a high paying job by placement. You should also search for colleges having good placement record in B.Sc or BCA. Some college suggestions -

Scope of IT sector professional is always good but considering B.Sc IT i would rather suggest you to go for either BCA or if possible B.Tech. Not all colleges can provide placement assistance for B.Sc IT. You should search for some best colleges offering BCA and take admission as that will be more beneficial to you. You can consider following colleges -
