Hi Ajam,
Physical Requirement:
1. Height:
1.1 Minimum height required for men is 165 cm.
1.2 Minimum height required for women is 150 cm.
1.3 There is a relaxation in height for SC/ST, OBC.
2. Ear:
2.1 Good listening and normal ear cavity.
2.2 1000 to 4000 frequency hearing impairment should not be more than 30 decibels.
3. Eye Sight:
3.1 6/6 or 6/9 distant vision for good eye. 6/12 or 6/9 for worst eye.
3.2 Near vision J1 for good eye. J2 for worst eye.
3.3 The correction by lenses only. High standard for the Colour-blind test. No inherent night blindness. Vision should stereoscopic.

All of the above scores makes you eligible to take the entrance exam for ibs. You need to clear written gd and pi to get admission in the college. Considering your marks i believe you wont face much problems in clearing all of the mentioned.
