MBA in IT is a good course to pursue and it offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
An MBA in Information Technology Management is designed to educate and develop students who can effectively manage the planning, design, selection, implementation, use, and administration of emerging and converging information and communications technologies.
The program curriculum provides students with the technical knowledge and management knowledge and skills needed to effectively integrate people, information and communication technologies, and business processes in support of organizational strategic goals.

As per your academic profile pursuing MBA in IT would be the best option for you as it will further enhance your career prospects.
I would request Raj 29680 to give you detailed information regarding various career prospects after completing MBA in IT.
The other best option for you would be to work for 2-5 years and then opting for MBA.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working for few years you will know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
- Candidates with work experience will have competitive advantage over other candidates with no work

I agree with Natasha, Hospitality Industry has not given a good career path at the middle and higher level in India for those with a degree in hospitality industry. It helps you to start your career at the shop floor (in the kitchen). A proper MBA from top 20 B-Schools can give you a good career in India. Alternatively, get a foreign degree abroad and build your career at the International level. If you have to come back to India after a degree abroad, it will be a disaster.
Hope that helps
