In the job market B.Tech qualification surely carries more value. You can expect better job prospects as well higher salary after B.Tech. But it is important you select the specialisation based on your career aspiration. Like if you are interested in Bio then joining for engineering stream is not the right decision. In that case, you can pursue BSc in Biotechnology, microbiolgy etc for better career prospects.

If you are interested iun pursuing Physics hons, then you should definitely try for Delhi University.
Admissions in DU varies every year depending on the number of applicants and cutoffs. The basic eligibility is 60% or above marks in the aggregate and
60% or above marks in Physics. However, the cut off for colleges might go as high as 90% plus.

Yes it is necessary to write the National Level Entrance exam for joining B.Sc (Agri) based on the results you will be able to be placed in anyone of the good universities in the country. Try to score atleast above 85% and above in the entrance and plus two results.

u are doing BSC IT ?
if u want to do post graduation then go fo MCA
or if u want to do courses then do course of your choice its all depends on ur prefarance.You can become programmer,web site developer,web designer,animation,game developer,mobile app developer,tester,support person,Database administrator and much more.
