After completing B.Sc, you have two options : -
1) You may opt for M.Sc to study the research side.
OR
2) You may pursue MBA if you wish to move your career towards management line.
You have another option with you, i.e.,
You may plan to work in private or public sector industries of various types. After gaining a valuable work experience of a year or two you may finally get a clear picture about your interest area, whether to go with M.Sc or MBA.

Thanks for the tag.
After completing diploma in Electronics and Communication engineering, you may join lateral B.Tech course in which you can directly enter into the second year. Degree course will open more opportunities for you.
To be eligible, you need to score minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the diploma course. You need to sit for Lateral Entry Entrance Test or LEET which is conducted at state level. Some colleges and Universities too conduct their own lateral entry tests.
