1. If you wish to be a teacher in school, then go for B.ED and crack Teacher Eligibility Test. Eligibility conditions are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern
(b) Having studied at least two subjects at the bachelor's degree level, to be later taken as school teaching subjects
2. Else if you aim at being a lecturer, then I would advice you to go for regular masters degree (M.SC) and then clear U.G.C NET conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.

As per my search I could find some colleges offering B.Sc Food Technology in Punjab :
Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar (Punjab)
Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Sangrur (Punjab)
Khalsa College, Amritsar (Punjab)
While selecting the best, you need to check some of the important parameters such as recognition, year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.
