To get admission into the PhD programme at Lovely Professional University (LPU), here's how the process works:

You must meet the eligibility criteria: typically a Master's degree in a relevant field with minimum 55% aggregate marks (UGC norms) or equivalent. In certain disciplines, candidates with a 4‑year Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of industry / teaching / research experience and 75% marks may also apply. However, candidates with certain valid qualifications are exempt from the entrance test: e.g. those who have cleared UGC‑NET/JRF, CSIR‑NET/JRF, GATE, GPAT or have done M.Phil (in regular mode). In their case, selection is based on interview.
